Notice of selection of the offer of the Consortium of URSUS BUS S.A. and mLeasing sp. z o.o.

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. hereby informs that on the 7th February 2018 the Company received a notification of selection of the offer of the Consortium, composed of URSUS BUS S.A. (the Issuer’s subsidiary) and mLeasing sp. z o.o., as winning in the open tender organized by MPK- Lublin sp. z o.o. in Lublin entitled jointly „Delivery in the form of a lease of 25 urban low-floor buses, including 10 single and 15 articulated buses”. The part I. of the order, to which the selected offer of the Consortium refers, is designated as „Delivery in the form of a lease of 10 urban low-floor single buses” and it concerns execution by the Consortium of the order for 10 conventionally fuelled buses.

The gross value of the offer for is 13 042 526,40 PLN.

The deliveries will be executed in 2018.

The Company will inform about conclusion of the contract in a separate report. The reason of publication of this information is the fact that in the Management Board’s opinion it can impact the evaluation of the potential of the Issuer’s capital group, as well as its current situation.
