Admission and introduction to exchange trading of R series shares

Message:

The Issuer’s Management Board informs that on the 21 March 2018 the Issuer was notified about the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of the Resolution No. 263/2018 of the 21 March 2018 on admission and introduction to trade on the GPW Main Market of the ordinary bearer shares of R series of the company URSUS S.A., according to which 5.000.000 ordinary bearer shares of R series of the company URSUS S.A. of nominal value of 1,00 each are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

Besides, in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. decided to introduce on the 23 March 2018 the above-mentioned Company’s shares to trading in the primary market in ordinary procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) registers the said shares on the 23 March 2018 and issues for them "PLPMWRM00012" code.

The above-mentioned shares were registered by KDPW according to the Resultion of the Management Board of KDPW no. 540/17 dated the 23 August 2017 under the consition that the Warsaw Stock Exchange takes a decision on admisssion of these shares to exchange trading on the same market where the other Company’s shares with code PLPMWRM00012 have been introduced. Registratied of the above-mentioned shares by KDPW shall shall be carried out within three days from the date of receipt by KDPW of the relevant documents confirming introduction of these shares to public trading on the regulated market, but no sooner than on the day named by the decision on which the shares are introduced to trading on that market.

The R series shares were issued on the basis of the share capital increase, of which the Issuer informed in the Current report no. 16/2017 dated the 16th May 2017.

The legal basis of the present report is § 34 sec.1 point 2 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of any non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009 No 33, point 259 with subsequent changes).
