Information on resignation of two Members of the Management Board

Message:
The Management Board of URSUS S.A. with the seat in Lublin ( hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on the 17th April 2018 Mr Jan Wielgus and Mr Marek Włodarczyk submitted to Mr Andrzej Zarajczyk – the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr Karol Zarajczyk – the President of the Management Board their written resignation from the position of a Member of the Management Board of URSUS S.A., from the 17th April 2018.
Their resignation is related to reorganisation of the competence areas of URSUS S.A. Both men remain in the Issuer’s structures, because persuant to the collective decision of the Supervisory Board and the Management of the Company they became advisors to the Management Board. Mr Jan Wielgus from the 18th April 2018 shall perform the duties of Advisor to the Management Board for Innovation, still remaining the Vice-President of the Management Board of the subsidiary URSUS BUS S.A., while Mr Marek Włodarczyk from the 18th April 2018 shall perform the duties of Advisor to the Management Board for Technical Issues.
The current composition of the Management Board of URSUS S.A. (appointed for a joint term of office) is the following:
- Karol Zarajczyk – President of the Management Board,
- Monika Kośko – Vice-President of the Management Board,
- Michał Nidzgorski – Vice-President of the Management Board,
- Marcin Matusewicz – Memeber of the Management Board,
- Zoran Radosavljević – Memeber of the Management Board.
