Suspension of trading of the Issuer’s shares

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. informs that it has been notified about adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of the Resolution no. 428/2018 on suspension of trading on the WSE main market of shares of the company URSUS S.A., marked by code „PLPMWRM00012” – from the 4th May 2018, in connection with the claim made by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in accordance with the art. 20 sec. 2 of the Trading in Financial Instruments Act dated 29 July 2005. The request of suspension of trading of the Issuer’s shares is related to the publication oby URSUS S.A. of the annual report for 2017 not including the auditor’s opinion from examination of the financial statements for the year 2017.

The Issuer’s Management Board will make every effort in order to cease as soon as possible the reason on which the request of the Financial Supervision Authority of suspension of the Issuer’s shares trading is based and to have the decision about suspension of trading annulled.
