Registration of the share capital increase

Message:

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that on the 17th September 2018 the Issuer was informed about the decision of the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin, with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register dated the 17th September 2018 on registration of the increase of the Issuer’s share capital from the amount of 59.180.000 (PLN to the amount 64.600.000 PLN, i.e. by the amount of 5.420.000 through the issue of 5.420.000 (ordinary bearer shares of S series of the nominal value 1 PLN per share, by way of a private subscription adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31st August 2018 (vide Current report no. 70/2018), as well as registration of the related changes in the Company’s Articles of Association.

After registration by the court of the share capital increase through the issue of S series shares, the structure of the Issuer's capital is as follows:

Amount of share capital: 64.600.000 PLN

Amount of authorised capital: ----

Number of all issued shares: 64.600.000.

Share nominal value: 1,00 PLN

Paid-up capital: 64.600.000 PLN

Nominal value of conditional increase of the share capital: -----.

The total number of votes attached to all the issued shares as of the date of publication of this report is 64.600.000, the Company’s share capital is 64.600.000 shares of the nominal value 1 PLN per share.
