Conslusion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Czech company Zetor Tractors a.s. as a beginning of execution of the strategy of cooperation of the companies

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby informs that on the 2nd October 2018 the company URSUS S.A. concluded a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Czech producer of agricultural tractors Zetor Tractors a.s. due to the fact that the Parties started negotiations on possibe international cooperation and common investment activities of Zetor Tractors a.s. and URSUS S.A.

Conclusion of the above-mentioned agreement is a beginning of execution of the strategy of establishing an Alliance of producers of tractors in Central-Eastern Europe.
