Admission and introduction to exchange trading of R series shares

Message:

The Issuer’s Management Board informs that on the 19th October 2018 the Issuer was notified about the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of the Resolution No. 1062/2018 of the 18th October 2018 on admission and introduction to trade on the GPW Main Market of the ordinary bearer shares of S series of the company URSUS S.A., according to which 5.420.000 ordinary bearer shares of S series of the company URSUS S.A. of nominal value of 1,00 each are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

Besides, in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. decided to introduce on the 23 October 2018 the above-mentioned Company’s shares to trading in the primary market in ordinary procedure, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) registers the said shares on the 23 October 2018 and issues for them "PLPMWRM00012" code.

The above-mentioned resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. became effective on the date of its adoption.

The S series shares of the company URSUS S.A. were issued on the basis of the share capital increase, of which the Issuer informed in the Current report no. 75/2018 dated the 17th September 2018.
