ASSEMBLY PLANT OF URSUS TRACTORS STARTED IN ETHIOPIA
On the 12th May the Ethiopian company METEC opened the assembly plant of Ursus tractors. Start-up of this assembly plant results from execution of the contract concluded in 2013 for delivery of 3000 tractors, spare parts and equipment of servicing centers in Ethiopia.
On the 12th May the Ethiopian company METEC opened the assembly plant of Ursus tractors. Start-up of this assembly plant results from execution of the contract concluded in 2013 for delivery of 3000 tractors, spare parts and equipment of servicing centers in Ethiopia. During inauguration of the plant, the ceremonial ribbon was cut by Mrs Dlamini Zuma, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, and Mr Lech Wałęsa, the former President of the Republic of Poland.
The assembly plant of URSUS was established in the city of Adama and employs staff members most of whom have undergone trainings conducted by engineers and technicians from Poland.
