The dates of publication for periodic reports in 2018

Message:

The Board of the URSUS S.A. informs that the periodic reports in 2018 will be published on the following dates:

I. Separate annual report and consolidated annual report for 2017 – 30 April 2018

II. Consolidated interim report for the first half of 2018 – 1 October 2018

III. Consolidated quarterly reports:

a) for the first quarter of 2018 – 30 May 2018

b) for the third quarter of 2018 – 29 November 2018

The Management Board announces that pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2017 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2018 in accordance with § 101 point 2 of the Regulation. The quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and the quarterly financial information will be included in the consolidated quarterly reports of the URSUS Capital Group.
