Notice on exceeding the threshold of 5% of the total votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting

The Management Board of URSUS S.A. (Issuer) on the basis of the Art. 70 section 1 of the of the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended, hereinafter referred to as „the Act”) hereby informs that on the 30th March 2018 the Issuer received from the Construction company (Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane) „Elin” sp. z o.o. with the seat in Wrocław (KRS no. 0000182646) a notice on exceeding by this company the threshold of 5% of the total votes at the General Meeting of URSUS S.A. as a result of transactions of sales of the Issuer’s shares concluded on the 27-28 March 2018, which was the following:

„The Construction Company „Elin” sp. z o.o. with the seat in Wrocław, 53-030 Wrocław, ul. Przyjaźni 2A1 lok. 4, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000182646, NIP: 899-02-04-905, REGON: 931528186, according to the art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended, hereinafter referred to as „the Act”), hereby informs that since the 27-28 March 2018, as a result of purchase on the regulated market of 3.350.000 shares of URSUS S.A., the Company holds 5,66% (3.350.000) shares and votes at the General Meeting of URSUS S.A.

Before the above-mentioned transaction the Company did not hold dany shares and votes at the General Meeting of URSUS S.A.”
