The positive opinion of the independent auditor

Message:

With reference to the current report no. 52/2018 dated the 7th May 2018 The Management of the Issuer informs that on the 10th may 2018 it published the complete annual report for the year 2017 together with the positive opinion of the independent auditor on the financial statements for the year 2017.

Consequently, the Issuer immediately asked:

- the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to annul the decision concerning request of suspension of trading of the Company’s shares;

- the Warsaw Stock Exchange to adpot a resolution on revocation of Resolution no. 428/2018 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated the 4th May 2018 and to resume the trading on the WSE main market of shares of the company URSUS S.A.

In support of the above-mentioned applications, the Company indicated that with regard to cessation of the basis of the request of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to suspend trading of the Issuer’s shares, in the Company’s opinion there are no prerequisites of threat to the proper operation of the regulated market or the security of trading on such market, or possible compromise of investors’ interest and thus the resumption of trading of shares of URSUS S.A. is justified.

The Issuer will inform in a separate report about resumption of trading on the WSE main market of shares of the company URSUS S.A. immediately after receiving the appropriate information.
