Message:

With reference to the current report no. 532/2018 dated the 10th May 2018 the Management of the Issuer informs that on the 10th May 2018 it was notified that resumption of trading in shares of URSUS S.A. with the code „PLPMWRM00012”shall take place on the 11th May 2018.

The above is a consequence of actions of the Issuer described in the Current report no. 53/ dated the 10th May 2018 and actions described in the communication of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on resumption of trading in shares of URSUS S.A. dated the 10th May 2018, as well as the Resolution no. 458/2018 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated the 10th May 2018 on resumption of trading on the WSE main market in shares of URSUS S.A.
