Message:

Acting on the basis of the art. 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No 184, item 1539) the Management Board of URSUS S.A. submits for public knowledge the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. that was held on 31 August 2018:

1. Shareholder: POL – MOT Holding S.A.

Number of shares in the Issuer’s share capital: 14.066.166

Percentage share in the total number of votes: 23,77%

Number of votes of the Shareholder at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 19.000.000

Percentage share of the Shareholder in the general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 52,03%.

2. Shareholder: REO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Inwestycje S.K.A.

Number of shares in the Issuer’s share capital: 5.618.830

Percentage share in the total number of votes: 9,49%

Number of votes of the Shareholder at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August2018: 5.618.830

Percentage share of the Shareholder in the general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 20,78%.

3. Shareholder: PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO BUDOWLANE ELIN sp. z o.o.

Number of shares in the Issuer’s share capital: 3.350.000;

Percentage share in the total number of votes: 5,66%

Number of votes of the Shareholder at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 3.350.000

Percentage share of the Shareholder in the general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 12,39%.

4. Shareholder: POL-MOT AUTO S.A.

Number of shares in the Issuer’s share capital: 2.000.000;

Percentage share in the total number of votes: 3,38%

Number of votes of the Shareholder at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 2.000.000

Percentage share of the Shareholder in the general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 7,40%.

5. Shareholder: INVEST-MOT sp. z o.o.

Number of shares in the Issuer’s share capital: 2.000.000;

Percentage share in the total number of votes: 3,38%

Number of votes of the Shareholder at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 2.000.000

Percentage share of the Shareholder in the general number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting URSUS S.A. on the 31 August 2018: 7,40%.
