Rectification

With reference to the article „Farmtrac – leader in sale among Polish producers of tractors” published at portal Agrofoto.pl on the 27 January 2015, the company URSUS S.A would like to rectify the incorrect information included in the above-mentioned text. It is not true that „the company Farmtrac became leader in sale of agricultural tractors among Polish companies producing tractors”, because the sales volume of tractors of the company reported in the article is nearly 100 % lower that the sales volume reached by URSUS S.A. in 2014.  Therefore, the following statings are untrue: „As far as domestic producers are concerned,  Farmtrac is unbeatable, the sales of Farmtrac represented 63% of the whole sales of Polish producers” and „The second in the ranking Ursus sold two times less tractors  (119% less)”. Referring to this untrue and misleading information we would like to point out that the company URSUS S.A in 2014 sold in total 1200 tractors of the power range from 50 to 180 KM, therefore its sales was definitely higher than the sales of the mentioned company Farmtrac. Moreover, in the above- mentioned article the author alternately uses words „sales” and “registration” which are not identical and can not be considered as synonyms. Because of the change of the exhaust emission standard, producers who have not sold the full range of tractors manufactured on the basis of engines Euro IIIA till the end of the year 2014, had to register all unsold assortment of products to be able to sell it in the year 2015. They had to register  tractors for themselves, what confuses the picture of the actual statistics.  The company URSUS S.A has not made such registrations.”
